To get a quote and book us for work, you need to complete a contact form on the relevant section of our website. You can do this on the graphic design, photo editing and motion graphics sections. We will then email you on the address you provided with more information, usually within 24 hours.
Our prices are based on the amount of work you need done and how long it takes our team to complete your project. For photo editing we offer more discount when you order more edits. For example, a basic retouch on one photo could cost £10 per photo, however if you order 10 photos, we will only charge you £8 per photo and if you order 100 photos we will only charge you £5 per photo. This is all dependent on the type of editing you need done and how many hours it takes us to complete your job.
To start your job, we ask for a 40% FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit. Our experts will then begin your project. We will send you unlimited watermarked and low-resolution drafts to get your feedback and make the necessary changes you require. We can only refund your deposit after the first draft is sent and you decide not to work with us.
Once you approve the final draft and pay the remaining 60% fee, we will send you the fully completed project in unwatermarked, high resolution and if applicable vector formatted images.
For logos, wordmarks, illustrations and graphics we will always send you the completed assets in vector format (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS etc.) so they can be fully scaled to any size with no quality loss. We will also send you them is rasterized format (JPG, PNG etc.) We can convert the assets to ANY file format and size you need though.
For finished photographs we will send you them in the highest quality possible and the highest resolution you need. We will also send them in whatever file format you request. To get the best quality edits, we prefer if you send us your photographs in RAW format if possible.
For motion graphics we can send the finished project in 4K Ultra HD or Full HD and in any file format you need.
If you feel you may need to make changes to our work yourself in the future, we can send you the projects in editable PSD, AI, AEP etc. formats.
We usually process payments through PayPal; however, you don’t need a PayPal account and you can simply use your credit or debit card on the payment link. We use PayPal as it’s the most secure and well-known payment service and you are protected by PayPal buyer protection.
We can send your finished project to you via Dropbox, Google drive, email, social media and most other means if you request.
